The Southport dinner spots sit across the NC-133 bridge — about 15–20 minutes off the island.
A few honest caveats. Drive times are typical, off-peak — summer weekends and the Southport bridge can add 5–15 minutes, so leave a cushion. Hours shift with the season, so call ahead before you drive across the island. Book the starred spots (Salt 64, Mr. P's, Oliver's) a day or two out — they fill up. And note: The Pharmacy in Southport is now closed.
